Position Summary

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Seasonal Premium Servers to join our Premium Services team at L&N Stadium for the 2025 football season . Premium Servers are responsible for delivering elevated food and beverage service in our premium clubs, loge boxes, and VIP areas, ensuring that guests enjoy a first-class dining experience on game day.

This is a seasonal, part-time, event-based position ideal for experienced servers who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and the excitement of live events.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide prompt, polished, and personalized food and beverage service to premium guests.

· Take orders, serve plated meals, clear courses, and manage tables in designated club or VIP areas.

· Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including food ingredients, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails.

· Follow all steps of service with attention to detail and premium standards.

· Keep service areas, tables, and workstations clean and organized at all times.

· Accurately enter orders and process payments using POS system if required.

· Assist with event set-up and breakdown as needed.

· Work collaboratively with runners, bartenders, culinary staff, and supervisors to ensure a smooth operation.

Availability Requirements

· Must be available to work all UofL home football game days , including early call times and full event shifts.

· Must be available for pre-event set-up days and occasional premium or private events.

· Additional part-time work is available in catering and banquets for those seeking extra hours .

Qualifications

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a server.

· Excellent communication and guest service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

· Must be professional in appearance, punctual, and reliable.

· Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.

· Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the stadium schedule.

· Alcohol service certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, TEAM) preferred or required before first shift.
