Adrenaline Driven Adventures is Western Colorado’'s fastest-growing adventure rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills.

We expect the very best from our employees as far as customer service is concerned. Previous office experience is required as well as some familiarity with UTVs/ATVs & Dirt Bikes, Snowmobiles, Trucks, Trailers & other Fleet Vehicles.

Hours: Part Time, Weekends, Opening and Closing Shifts

Pay: $14.50-$20/hour based on experience + commission

Responsibilities

• Elevate every customer's adventure. Greetings with a smile & positive mind!
• Proactively sell, upsell, and add-on time, machines, and accessories
• Take walk-in and on-phone reservations
• Knowledge of all machines and equipment (how to use them, safety & prices)
• Handle payments & damage holds
• Submit issues in Arrival
• Complete daily fleet inspections
• Respond to all Podium Conversations
• Check-in/Out machines to customers
• Intake Service Department Inquiries
• Create adventure accommodations to walk-in customers
• Inspect, clean, and maintain overall fleet quality
• Be an accountable team player
• Communicate openly and frequently
• Positive and forward-thinking mindset
• Open to constructive criticism 
• Open to a flexible and adaptable schedule
• Fareharbor bookings, payments, and damage holds
• Machine preparation and test drives
• Coordinate machine rescues, incident reports, and overall safety
• Unit issues and inspections
• Maintain, clean, and organize vehicles, parts, equipment, retail
• Clean helmets and goggles
• Submit daily end-of-shift reports
• Recognize and communicate low inventory levels on retail items.
• Communicate & coordinate with Adventure Assistant with upcoming tours and guides needed.
• Restock store inventory
• Check-in packages
• Create and respond to events on social media
• Attend trade shows and sponsored events
• Facebook group memberships and social media responses
• Weekly Social media upkeep and content creation

Requirements:

• Drivers License
• Reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

This is a part-time position although there is room for advancement and year-round positions depending on the individual.
