At least 6 months of experience in a passenger service or customer-facing role
Familiarity with airline policies, safety protocols, and flight handling procedures
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and make informed decisions
A leadership mindset with a strong sense of accountability and support for your team
Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and maintaining quality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
This position reports directly to the Account Managers.
