About The Position

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team at iRESTORE Laser Therapy. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading creative direction across various channels, including digital, print, and packaging. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the Brand Director in the development of visual branding concepts and creative strategies to enhance the iRESTORE brand identity.
• Oversee the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop and produce high-quality graphic design assets for various marketing and promotional materials, including website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and product packaging. 
• Execute design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate and elevate the iRESTORE brand presence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assist with photo retouching, image editing, video editing, and asset management as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in the consumer products or beauty industry.
• Expertise in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in digital design principles.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns, demonstrating proficiency in both digital and print design.
