Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director V to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in visual storytelling, design, and leadership to drive innovative projects and campaigns. This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop compelling visual concepts.
• Oversee the production of creative assets, including digital, print, and multimedia materials.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range: $110 - $120

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
