We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our winning team. East Charlotte Nissan is under NEW OWNERSHIP and quickly becoming the premiere Nissan dealer in the Carolina's. Centrally located in the heart of Charlotte on I-74, East Charlotte Nissan is less than 30 minutes from anywhere in town! We also recognize the value of work / life balance. Therefore, the store is closed on Sunday's. Each Sales Rep also gets a day off during the week so you will enjoy a 5 day work week!! Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features
Develop and maintain a complete master of the Honda Product Knowledge
Be prepared to spend your days either with a customer or in search of a customer
Treat all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect

Qualifications

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
Quality customer service skills and sales track record
Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Proficient in basic business math including percentages
Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
Assist in cleaning and washing vehicles
