CDL A Truck Driver – Walmart – Home Daily – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus – Gordonsville, VA

Now Hiring: CDL Class A Drivers for the Walmart Distribution Center in Gordonsville, VA (10417 James Madison Hwy, Gordonsville, VA 22942) . This is a home daily position hauling no-touch grocery freight to Walmart stores in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV. Drivers enjoy steady miles, consistent schedules, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus !

Job Details

• Position: CDL A Local Truck Driver – Walmart Account

• Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Options Available

• Location: Gordonsville, VA DC (10417 James Madison Hwy)

• Training: 1 day on-site ($125) + 3–4 ride-alongs ($50 each)

• Freight: Dry & refrigerated no-touch grocery freight

• Routes: 1,600–1,700 miles per week | 2 routes per day | 11–14 hr shifts

• Shifts: Start times between noon & midnight; weekends required

• Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs

Home Time

• Home Daily – return to DC after each shift

• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (same 2 days each week)

• Reset: 48-hour weekly reset

• Note: No weekend-off schedules available for full-time drivers

Pay Structure

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 (after 90-day ramp-up with no attendance issues)

• Top Pay: $1,500+ weekly for high performers

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

• Minimum Mileage Pay: Shorter routes paid at minimum pay band

• Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $2,500 total

  • 1st Load: $250

  • 30 Days: $250

  • 60 Days: $250

  • 90 Days: $500

  • 120 Days: $250

  • 150 Days: $250

  • 180 Days: $750

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License

• Must have personal transportation to and from the DC daily

• Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong safety focus & professional customer service skills

• Full-Time Drivers: Must be available for 5-day work schedule

• Part-Time Drivers: May work 11–29 hrs/week (Fri–Sun nights available)

Vacation & Benefits
