Seeking a full-time, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing team at Providence Medical Group's Eastern Washington hospitals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and supportive group in a highly collaborative, collegial Anesthesia team model, at a Level II trauma facility with over 35 OR's. The position also fosters growth as you will be exposed to a wide variety of cases, partnering with diversely experienced CRNAs, at a facility affiliated with Providence's Holy Family Hospital and Sacred Heart Medical Center. Enjoy an exceptional and cohesive work environment as well as a healthy work-life balance in beautiful Spokane, Washington. * Full-time position * Highly collaborative, collegial Anesthesia team model * Wide variety of cases, partnering with diversely experienced CRNAs * Offering $30,000 signing bonuses, value-based incentives, and relocation assistance * No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies) * As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program * Experience preferred; new graduates welcome and encouraged to apply * Compensation is between $255,000 and $295,000 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
