JOB FUNCTIONS - Schedule and book reservations by telephone for Bellair Charters/ Airporter Shuttle, Grape Line, Gold Line, and CSR calls for Dungeness.
- Respond to customer emails
- Greeting customers who walk into the office
- Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
- Give change when required, cash handling experience a plus
REQUIREMENTS - Strong customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Professional attitude and attire at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Willing to work weekends
COMPENSATION: - Solo $19.75
- Training Wage $19.00
- Raises are based on skills acquired and demonstrated rather than hours worked, or seniority so get paid more the more you apply yourself.
- With the potential for raises and bonuses for good work as well as the ability to move up in the company and increases one's wages.

- Shift Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11:30AM - 10:00PM with 30 minute lunch break
