✅ Prepare and submit U.S. customs documentation for importers
✅ Collaborate with customers and provide updates on customs-related issues
✅ Manage air and ocean import shipments, ensuring timely entry processing
✅ Classify commodities and ensure compliance with customs regulations
✅ File ISFs and monitor for bill matches
✅ Arrange timely delivery of goods and coordinate with carriers
✔️ 2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field
✔️ Strong knowledge of commodity classification and incoterms
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive
✔️ Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
