Description Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Health Data Analyst IV to independently manage reporting requirements, perform detailed data analysis, and create impactful data visualizations. This temporary assignment requires a data-driven professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders and clearly conveying analytical results. Key Responsibilities: + Manage end-to-end reporting requirements independently. + Analyze datasets, perform data validation, and create clear and insightful visualizations using SQL, Python, and Tableau. + Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, clarify expectations, and present findings in a concise, impactful manner. + Apply strong attention to detail and critical thinking throughout the data analysis process. + Deliver results with strong storytelling, communication, and presentation techniques. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile environments. + Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python - candidates will undergo a technical interview. + Proven experience in data visualization, data validation, and data analysis. + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: + 3+ years of Case Management experience. + Experience with statistical modeling and advanced technical Python skills. + Skilled in presentation storytelling and executive-level reporting.
