Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This position requires precision and efficiency, as you will handle important data and documents related to mechanical operations. The role is Monday through Friday, and will be performed onsite in an office environment focused on attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Enter and transfer data accurately between systems, ensuring all records are properly updated. - Review and interpret blueprints, dates, and documentation to support mechanical team operations. - Organize and maintain digital files and records for seamless accessibility. - Utilize ERP systems to manage and input data effectively. - Collaborate with the mechanical team to provide timely and accurate data support. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the integrity of data. - Follow established procedures and workflows to meet deadlines. - Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data-related questions or issues. - Uphold company standards for confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed. - Familiarity with ERP systems or similar enterprise software. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. - Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain large sets of data. - Proficiency in typing and computer-based data management. - Solid communication skills to coordinate with team members. - Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines. - High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
