We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, verification, and maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and verify information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of processed information.
• Generate and format reports as needed.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for management or department use.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or clarify information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
