**Location:** Float -- Midlands (Hwy 370 & 84th St), CUMC-Bergan (77th & Mercy), and our Maple Hills Clinic (101st & Maple)
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday -- FLEXIBLE! No weekends, No holidays, & No call!
CHI Health is looking to add a Dietitian to our Diabetes Education Clinics!

**Job Requirements**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Graduate of an accredited school
+ Dietitian in the state of Nebraska
+ Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) within 24 months

**Pay Range**
$24.27 - $36.10 /hour
