Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour

As a Dispatcher with A1 Heating and Cooling Inc., you'll be the voice and engine behind day-to-day service operations. You'll handle customer calls and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field technicians. Your day-to-day includes:
Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers
Verifying customer details and entering them into service software
Scheduling or canceling service calls and confirming appointments
Maintaining the daily dispatch schedule and filling any open time slots
Coordinating emergency and priority service calls
Assisting technicians with customer information, schedule updates, and job history
Managing maintenance agreements and scheduling related services
Applying for permits and coordinating inspections
Handling basic office duties including invoicing, payments, and customer updates
Location : This position is based out of Rifle, CO and serves customers within a 50-mile radius.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
Familiarity with Word and Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
