Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing incoming communications from clients and stakeholders
Support the development and execution of communication strategies and initiatives
Help maintain the company's social media presence and engage with followers
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve communication effectiveness
Prepare and distribute internal and external communication materials
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
