Food Production Facility
You start your morning aligning with Production, reviewing overnight environmental data and quality holds. By mid-morning you’re walking the floor, checking GMPs and sanitary design, and coaching team members on allergen controls. After lunch, you lead a cross-functional root cause session on a customer complaint, finalize CAPAs from last week’s third-party audit, and prep the team for an upcoming SQF surveillance. Before the day ends, you update quality KPIs, plan next month’s HACCP refresher, and touch base with Sales, Culinary, and Product Development on new items entering validation.
