expanding our agent network and seeking experienced Freight Agents with an existing book

Position Overview
As a Freight Agent, you will leverage your existing customer base to manage freight
opportunities under the USKO Express umbrella. This is a commission-based role designed for
experienced logistics professionals who want the backing of a trusted carrier while retaining
flexibility and independence.
At USKO, you’ll focus exclusively on growing and serving your customers. Our experienced
dispatchers and brokers handle carrier booking, track & trace, and day-to-day load management
— so you can spend your time where it counts.
Responsibilities
● Manage and grow your own portfolio of shipper accounts.
● Source and secure freight opportunities using your existing relationships.
● Negotiate rates with customers in line with company standards.
● Provide excellent communication, service, and problem-solving for your shippers.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer
requirements.

Qualifications
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
● Active book of business with established shipper relationships (required).
● Strong understanding of customer pricing and freight markets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.
