The successful candidate will work on responsive, mobile-first interfaces with seamless AI integration, interactive dashboards, and real-time streaming capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO while shaping the frontend architecture for cutting-edge web products. Accountabilities:

• Develop responsive, mobile-first web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI-powered features, including real-time chat, content generation, and smart suggestions.
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualization tools that make complex insights accessible.
• Optimize web performance, SEO, and accessibility across all pages.
• Implement Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with offline capabilities and native-like experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma or design assets into pixel-perfect, interactive interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend architecture decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional frontend development experience, with expert-level React and TypeScript proficiency.
• Advanced CSS skills, including CSS Grid, Flexbox, animations, and modern layout techniques.
• Experience with AI API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic) and real-time streaming interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Proficiency with modern development tools: Vite, Webpack, pnpm/Yarn, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test-driven development using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Preferred: Design background, experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, full-stack knowledge (Node.js, Python), open-source contributions, or prior startup experience.
