Civil/Structural Engineer , reporting directly to Director of Civil Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineering to join our Civil, Structural and Architectural team based in Houston, TX.
Please note this is a Pipeline requisition created for future hiring in Summer 2026. About the Job As an entry level CSA Engineer you will be responsible for the design and engineering of various Foundation and structures and Site Prep from conceptual design through various phases of projects including pre-FEED, FEED, Detail design as it applies to grass root, Brown field and revamp projects.
Youwill:
- Help with various static and dynamic designs for various equipment foundations, Pipe Racks, and Process Structures
- Your involvement will be in new grassroots projects and major modifications to existing facilities ensuring compliance with all process design requirements, safety, operations and maintenance.
- Prepare drawings such as site plot plans, general arrangements, and site prep.
- Become involved in our 3D CADD Model.
- Develop and maintain project specifications for Civil, Structural, Architectural and Site Prep and will become with the PIP spec (Industry standards)
- Assist with the procurement of Steel, Subcontractors (Soil investigations, Site Survey, Under Ground Obstructions) and work closely with vendors through fabrication and installation.
- Occasionally travel to sites to provide field engineering support during front end engineering, construction, and startup.
- Cross-train and support other engineers with variety of studies such as Digitalization, Creation of Digital Twins, Value Engineering and many other T.En sponsored trainings.

About You Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - Required:
- BS in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a US accredited engineering school with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Less than 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skill is a plus.
- EIT is a plus.
