We are seeking a dedicated bathroom and kitchen laborer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the foreman, ensuring that projects progress smoothly without delays. • Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins
• Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site
• Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized
• Assist in all phases of bathroom and kitchen renovations, including demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, and fixture installation.
• Ensure the foreman can maintain workflow by proactively preparing materials and tools needed for each task.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the company's standards.
• Communicate effectively with the foreman and other team members to anticipate needs and prevent work stoppages.

Qualifications:

• Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-through
• Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
• This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
• Previous electrical and plumbing experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in residential renovations preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and coachability.
• Comfortable with physical labor and working in various conditions.
