Position Title: High Reach Operator

Work Location: Delanco, NJ 08075

Payrate: $21.03/hr

Duration: 3+ months with high chances extension/conversion

Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday, (6:00 am to 4:30 pm)

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 am to 7:30 pm)

Job Description:

• Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
• Responsible for counting the freight received and shipped.
• Verify counts compared to drivers BOL's by item.
• Identifies and reconciles count variances by making notations on driver bills and obtaining signature.
• Prepares over, short and damage reports as required.
• Each Order Selector obtains cases from a warehouse location and places the cases on pallets or carts.
• The Order Selector selects cases by product type and number. These cases are neatly assembled on pallets or carts.

Experience:

• Forklift experience preferred STAND UP & PALLET JACK
• Food Warehouse experience preferred but not required
• License or Certification: Forklift certification preferred

Minimum Physical requirements:

• Heavy lifting lifting of 50 pounds or more
• Able to stand for long periods of time (over 6 hours)
• Must be able to endure working in freezer environment for up to 6 hours
• Must be able to endure loud warehouse noises and have accurate vision to work in a freezer environment
