Duties Description * A track record in data entry* Attention to details* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent the department * Ability to maintain connections within departments, serve as liaison to staff and department heads* Review & process personnel paperwork * Review applications to ensure compliance and completeness* Ability to do basic math to calculate salaries and discuss budgets* Data entry* Records entry and adjustments* Works with other HR departments to process employees* Proof documents for accuracy & maintains various personnel filing systems.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; 1-3 years experience in human resources preferred, ability to work extended hours a few times a year during session (January -June).

Additional Comments Position is full time in downtown Albany at the Empire State Plaza.
