Description Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions within our organization. This role is ideal for an HR Professional who can lead in all areas of HR and work independently. However, connecting with employees and their colleagues in other departments is very important to the values and culture of this organization. We are looking for a team player and someone who is eager to support employees! This is a high level, hands-on role that is fit for someone with 7+ years of HR Generalist or Management Experience. Responsibilities: + Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. + Administer employee benefits programs with timely communication and compliance. + Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks. + Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to support a positive work environment. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9 verification. + Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and HR initiatives that drive engagement. + Oversee multi-state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence. + Manage and optimize HRIS systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records. + Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.
