- Contract Duration: 6 months + potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Wyoming, MN
- Compensation : $49.00 - $59.00 per hour
What you’ll do as an Infotainment Validation Engineer: - Lead validation efforts for both hardware and software through simulation, bench, and vehicle testing
- Coordinate test execution with component systems leaders and program managers
- Manage multiple component-level validations simultaneously
- Create and maintain test bench setups and simulation scripts
- Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align validation efforts and release schedules
- Analyze and review hardware/software requirements and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure validation activities follow applicable processes and standards
- Operate effectively in both office and lab/shop environments; travel as needed
What you’ll bring to the Infotainment Validation Engineer role: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Computer Engineering with relevant experience will be considered
- 3+ years of experience in electronic design, verification, or validation, especially in vehicle systems
- Hands-on experience with CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, VHF, and Cellular technologies
- Strong knowledge of UDS and J1939 protocols
- Familiarity with DFMEA, SFMEA, and Functional Safety principles
- Agile development experience in automotive or related industries
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements and test case management tools (e.g., DOORS, Test Rail, CodeBeamer)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams and in project management settings
