Our internal sales team is looking for highly motivated, results-oriented individuals to manage a dynamic flow of inbound, outbound, and online sales inquiries—no cold calling involved. You’ll engage exclusively with consumers seeking our products, helping them make informed decisions.

Key Attributes We’re Seeking:

• Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with customers, understanding their unique needs and positioning our solutions to enhance their lifestyle.
• Consultative Approach: Listen actively to customer concerns, offer tailored advice, and guide them through a consultative sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Time Management: Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, prioritizing tasks to achieve daily goals.
• Value Creation: Qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and position our product as the solution before scheduling appointments with our national partners.
• Closing Expertise: Drive each customer toward a purchase by illustrating how our solutions transform their daily life, from initial inquiry to final sale.

• Organizational Skills: Maintain impeccable follow-through on customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.

Job Type: Full-time/40 hours

Salary: OTE $48k - $55k+ annually (hourly plus commission)
