Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Entry-Level Structural Engineer – Steel Connection Design

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze steel connections for structural projects
- Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world design challenges
- Utilize Tekla and RAM Steel modeling software
- Participate in project meetings and site visits (some travel required)
- Maintain a team-first mindset while contributing to high-quality engineering solutions
Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in structural or steel design (internships/projects count!)
- Familiarity (or strong interest) in Tekla and RAM Steel is a plus
Other:
- EIT certification is REQUIRED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience)
