Now Hiring: Lead HVAC Technician / Journeyman
Location: Dothan, AL
Pay Range: $24.00-$30.00

What You’ll Do:

Lead and direct journeymen, apprentices, and helpers effectively and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, schedules, and shop drawings
Plan ahead, solve problems, and propose solutions on job sites
Coordinate and communicate with other trades and general contractors
Install and detail HVAC sheet metal duct and accessories at various heights
Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated platforms

Qualifications:

Proven competency in the sheet metal trade, endorsed by previous supervisors
Strong leadership and planning skills
Willingness to uphold company values, code of conduct, and safety standards
Physical ability to handle medium to heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long hours
Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in construction environments (40–60 hrs./week)
Ability to fabricate and install tie-ups, offsets, and transitions for ductwork
