**Now Hiring: Full-Time License Practical Nurse (LPN) - Sheboygan, Wisconsin**
Up to $32.79/hr, 5x8s Schedule, Weekend rotation, Sign-On Bonus!

**Center Hours**
Mon-Thurs: 5 AM - 7:00 PM
Fri: 5 AM - 6 PM
Sat-Sun: 7 AM - 2 PM
**What You'll Do as Our LPN**
- Welcome every patient with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
- Take and document vitals with accuracy and care
- Review all intake documentation for completeness
- Provide clear, compassionate aftercare instructions
- Deliver personalized, heart-centered care that makes patients feel safe, supported, and seen
**What You Need**
- An active LPN License
