Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) team. The RN will provide professional nursing care to residents, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. This role requires clinical judgment, leadership, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote the well-being of all residents.

Education Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School or College of Nursing with an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - BSN preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

Required:

• Current and valid Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License , a compact multistate license , or temporary permit while awaiting licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (strongly preferred at time of hire; required within 3 months).

Preferred:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certificate (C.EFM) from NCC within 1 year of eligibility (for LDRP/Peds unit nurses).

Experience

• 2 5 years of previous inpatient nursing experience preferred, particularly in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
