Job Title: Medical Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Norwood, OH 45212
Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $43/hour (W2)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Onboarding Coordinator to manage and improve provider onboarding and integration processes. This role involves project management, performance improvement, and cross-department collaboration to ensure efficient onboarding of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives related to provider onboarding and integration.
Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline functions and implement performance improvement projects.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding and integration processes for newly hired physicians and APPs.
Manage integration needs for provider transitions, including location changes, additions, and departures.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of project management and/or process improvement experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced performance improvement tools and techniques.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
Professional, adaptable, and self-motivated with high integrity.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
At least 2.5 years of experience working directly with physicians.
Physician onboarding or locum recruiter experience is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Certifications & Licensure:
