Overview: Responsible for the movement and disposal of medical waste, including potentially infectious waste as well as general waste, from various collection points until its final removal from the facility. Qualifications: Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities: Assist in med waste transporting as needed per proper handling instructions. Completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Identifies equipment malfunction in emergency situations, power failure, water leaks, etc, and notifies 1-up. Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $15per hour - $24.32per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
