The Role You’ll Play
As a Technical Manager (hands-on Solution Architect type), you’ll serve as both a technical leader and mentor while remaining deeply engaged in solution design and development. This role is critical in bridging high-level architectural vision with practical, hands-on coding and integration delivery. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and seamless integrations across ERP systems and middleware platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical solution design and architecture for ERP and integration projects.
Remain hands-on with development, including code reviews and solution delivery.
Act as client-facing technical lead, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and technical execution.
Design, develop, and deploy customized business solutions, with a focus on NetSuite.
Implement and optimize workflows across finance, inventory, order management, and CRM.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines across the development lifecycle.
Manage development and integration projects end-to-end, from requirements to deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation to support ongoing scalability and maintainability.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
6+ years of software development experience, ideally within ERP environments.
Strong experience with SuiteScript and JavaScript; Babel experience a plus.
Middleware integration experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit.
Expertise in REST API development and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong system architecture and technical design capabilities.
Experience with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
Background in managing development and integration projects.
Excellent client communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications
ERP certifications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, etc.).
Experience customizing ERP workflows in accounting/finance, order management, inventory, and CRM.
Project management experience with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
