Job Description
Day to Day – - Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
- Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
- Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
- Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
- Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
- Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree + 3 years of experience, or no degree + 10 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience
- Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
- Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
- IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
