LaSalle Network is partnering with a respected educational institution near Lincolnshire, IL, who is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with the requirement of being onsite 1-2 days per week.

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or UKG (formerly Kronos/Ultimate Software)? You may be the ideal candidate! You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records and providing excellent support to the institution’s staff.

Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees using ADP WFN or UKG
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions and taxes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll procedures and reporting
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and data integrity
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance
• Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes

Payroll Analyst Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, with specific experience using ADP WFN or UKG
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
