Thats why our Pediatric Hospitalist position is designed with true work-life balance in mind. **What Youll Do:** Deliver compassionate inpatient pediatric and newborn care Provide care at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and rotate through Banner Del Webb, Banner Estrella, and Banner University Medical Center Work predictable 12-hour day shifts (7 AM7 PM) with only 182 shifts per year.
