The Paralegal will handle personal injury litigation cases. The position supports attorney(s) throughout all phases of litigation. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, opposing counsel etc. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilties :

* Drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, interrogatories, motions and pleadings, according to judicial procedures.
* Legal research, including providing written analysis on statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources.
* Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
