America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. In this position, you'll work alongside our Production department to perform clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive company success. Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop a production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and specifications promptly and professionally
• Support the production department in the scheduling and management of window installations
• Ensure scheduled installs are being completed in a timely manner and troubleshoot any installation delays
• Provide recommendations for improvements on various production processes and procedures
• Oversee clerical tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outbound phone calls, keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materials

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in office administration or related fields
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Exceeds in conflict resolution, time management, and adaptability
• Capability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills
