Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure project success in line with strategic goals.
Act as the principal liaison for client interaction and operational alignment.
Maintain situational awareness and offer proactive risk-based recommendations.
Support the readiness and resilience of field operations through structured input.
Oversee team performance and ensure alignment with internal procedures.
Conduct regular oversight of critical operational assets and resources.
Collaborate on procedural development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Guide professional development efforts across operational teams.
Monitor service delivery standards and drive operational excellence.
Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and compliance.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement as directed by project leadership.
Participate in incident response coordination and operational continuity efforts.
Deliver regular updates to senior management and regional management.
Uphold company values and ensure alignment with internal compliance standards.
Essential
8 years cumulative military/police service or equivalent commercial security and risk management experience.
Attendance of an internationally regarded military Non-Commissioned Officer or organisational command and leadership course.
3 years previous experience of working in Iraq for a MOI registered PSC.
Demonstrated competence over a minimum of 1 year in a previous PSC operations management role.
Working knowledge of Oil and Gas sector.
Fluent English – Written and spoken.
Preferred
Security and Risk Management qualification.
Fluent Arabic – Written and spoken.
Experience working in complex multistakeholder projects.
Demonstrable appreciation of multi layered security solutions, including engagement with local communities.
