What You'll Do Identify and troubleshoot production issues with root cause analysis
Develop and execute investigational plans in a collaborative environment
Document investigations and maintain compliance with quality systems
Communicate findings and opportunities to drive business forward
What We're Looking For BS with 5+ years relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain; or MS/PhD with 2+ years experience
Strong skills in investigational techniques and data analysis
Ability to scope investigations and corrective actions appropriately
Capability to evaluate broader impacts on products and processes
