About the role:
Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties and data entry
* Complete and manage template contacts/forms
* Enter and update listings in the MLS accurately
* Assist with email management, including drafting and responding to messages
* Maintain organized digital records and documentation
* Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support (real estate experience preferred)
* Familiarity with MLS systems is a strong advantage
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
* Comfortable handling repetitive or process-driven tasks
* Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), email platforms, and common productivity tools
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Understanding of real estate terminology
* Experience with DocuSign, Canva, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
