Job Title: Registered Nurse – PACU (Recovery Room)
Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; rotating days (7a–3p, 9a–5p, 10a–6p, 11a–7p) with occasional 12p–8p & 2p–10p shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced PACU RN to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and collaborating with the care team. The RN may serve as charge nurse, support staff education, and must adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and excellent customer service.
RequirementsMA Registered Nurse license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BLS, ACLS, PALS (required).
Proficient in IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator care.
1+ year recent experience in ICU, CVICU, ER, CVPA, SDC, or PACU (within last 5 years).
Prior PACU/SDC experience preferred.
Must pass pharmacology and arrhythmia competencies.
Strong communication and computer skills.
On-call required for off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
BSN preferred.
