Affirmed Home Care is hiring per diem Registered Nurses throughout Hartford County!We’re seeking experienced and compassionate RNs to join our growing team. If you have acute care experience in settings such as ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency Department , we’d love to hear from you!
We have both 12-hour cases (Day/Night) and RN visit-based care available across Hartford County.
Compensation:
Hourly Shifts (6–12 hours): $55.00/hour
RN Visits: $150.00/visit

Minimum 1 year of current RN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience a plus!)
Valid CT RN License
Current BLS Certification
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years if positive)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
