As a GI and Pulmonary RN , youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion. You will coordinate individualized care for patients of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, youll deliver exceptional outcomes while demonstrating respect, dignity, and kindness in every interaction.
Conduct thorough age-specific admission and ongoing patient assessments to guide care planning.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Revise and evaluate care plans based on patient progress and changes in condition.
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately using EPIC (Electronic Medical Records).
Use critical thinking and delegation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Promote a team-oriented, supportive, and safe environment.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (eligible for VA RN licensure exam).
No experience required new graduates are welcome to apply!
🪪 Current Virginia RN License (or eligible for licensure).
CPR certification required ; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as needed.
Computer proficiency in EPIC or other EMR systems.
Competitive Pay Range: $30.47 $45.71/hour (based on experience)
Shift Options: Day/Evening/Night (Every Other Weekend)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $30,000 for Experienced RNs
Up to $20,000 for New Graduate RNs
