Responsibilities:
- Research destinations, itineraries, and package options tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and confirmations.
- Support team processes and internal communication as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel.
