RN – GI and Pulmonary (Days) | Roanoke, VA

OFFER DETAILS:

Total Compensation:

• $30.47 – $45.71/hour
• Sign-On Bonus up to $30K minimum of $20K
• Relocation Assistance up to $7k for qualified individuals

Shift Details

• Day/Evening/Night rotation
• Every other weekend required

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:

A top-tier healthcare client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join their GI and Pulmonary unit. This full-time, regular position offers a dynamic team environment where RNs play a central role in coordinating and delivering individualized care across all age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct age-specific admissions and ongoing assessments to inform care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to develop, implement, and revise care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications accurately using EMR systems (EPIC).
• Apply critical thinking and delegation to ensure high-quality, team-based patient care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or eligible for VA licensure exam.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Licensure: Current or eligible Virginia RN license; CPR required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed.
• EPIC proficiency, successful orientation completion, and competency validation
