Job Description

• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repair work on construction robots (such as plastering, spraying, measuring, etc.)
• Perform functional inspection, fault diagnosis and maintenance report writing for client-side equipment
• Assist in robot software and hardware upgrades and module replacement to ensure continuous product optimization
• Support new equipment delivery and installation, customer education and training, and technical explanation
• Establish and update maintenance records, repair manuals and spare parts management information
• Assist R&D and field teams to collect actual usage feedback and participate in product improvement suggestions
