Cleverly is a US-based B2B marketing agency that helps businesses drive sales leads and close more deals using outbound strategies. We are hiring full time salaried cold callers (SDRs) to book calls for our clients in the U.S.

**Your Role: Sales Development Representative (Full Time, Remote)**
* 2-3 day training period
* Make 200-300 cold calls/day on our dialer
* First 1–2 weeks are a live-call trial period to ensure mutual fit
* Book appointments, follow-up with leads and fill out lead forms
* Work closely with your SDR Manager through call reviews and coaching
* Initial target: 5-10 qualified appointments/month (top performers exceed this after 60 days)

**Our Perfect Fit**
* Experience calling USA-based people in a sales or customer service related role
* Fluent in English with the ability to speak very clearly and explain complex information that is easily understood by US-based clients
* Fast internet connection and very few power outages in your area
* You must have a computer and headset or good microphone
* Ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm (like being hung up on and told no)
* This role is not a fit if you dislike high call volume, struggle with rejection, or struggle with phone communication
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base salary is $1,000 USD/month
* Commission is paid monthly for qualified meetings that show up
