Your Mission:

As a B2B Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to seek out and secure new clients while managing exciting projects throughout their lifecycle. You’ll lead the charge from prospecting to closing, using your exceptional communication skills to create customized proposals that win over decision-makers. With the backing of a supportive team, you will navigate the sales process with confidence and finesse, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally within a services-based or construction industry.
• A proven track record of success in driving sales and building rapport with clients.
• A hunter mentality with the motivation to exceed targets and benchmarks.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing your sales pipeline and CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently.
• A team player who brings a positive attitude to every interaction.
