Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience with Jira and integrating it with tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent skills in user management, data management, and system configuration.
• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to provide insightful metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) is a plus.
